Step 1 — We talk
Your first consultation is free, and it's just a conversation. We'll talk about her — her style, what she loves, what she wears every day. You don't need to know anything about diamonds or gold. That's my job. We can meet in person in London or Amsterdam, or over video call.

Step 2 — I design
Based on our conversation, I'll sketch initial concepts and source stones for you to consider — ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones, selected specifically for your brief. You'll see everything before anything is decided.

In some cases, where more exploration is needed before committing to a full commission, I offer a standalone design fee. This covers my time on concepts and, if needed, a physical prototype. It's fully deducted from the final project cost if you go ahead. I'll always let you know if this applies before any work begins.

Step 3 — We agree on the design and the details
Once you're happy with the direction, I'll send you a full quote and an estimated completion date. A 50% deposit is required to begin making. The remaining 50% is due on completion, before the piece is delivered.

Step 4 — I make it by hand
I craft the piece myself in my London atelier, using recycled gold and the finest materials. You'll receive updates along the way so you're never left wondering.

Step 5 — You propose
Most commissions take between 4 and 12 weeks from design approval. If you have a date in mind, tell me early and I'll do everything I can to make it happen.
