EUROPE SHIPPING: due to the current Brexit circumstances shipping within Europe is delayed. It can take up to three weeks for pieces to arrive at European destinations currently. Please note that any charges at customs and import duties are charged to the receiver.
UK & IRELAND SHIPPING: costs £7.50, but it’s free on orders over £150. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: European shipping costs £11, USA shipping costs £14 and the rest of the world costs £14-£20, but it’s free on orders over £250.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked for international shipment and Royal Mail Track & Signed services within the UK. Postage for exchanges and returns (sizing and other reasons) are on the expense of customers. Please e-mail us for return postage payment links.
If you require faster delivery and the ordered piece is in stock, we may be able to arrange express delivery to you via another courier. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss details.
Please note, any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.
WARRANTY & DEFECTS
Adriana Chede Jewellery offers a lifetime warranty on all products if a piece is broken or damaged through no fault of your own. If this happens, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the title Repair and your receipt, then you’ll be required to send it back to us and we will be happy to repair or replace it.
We reserve the right to refuse repairs for any product that was broken or damaged as a result of mishandling.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for unworn jewellery purchased online from date of receipt, in its original packaging and free of marks of wear. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as any insurance and tracking during the process. All sales for any promotion and sales are final. Customers can get store credit for the amount, but please note we do not offer returns.
Please send the piece back using a trackable service as we are not responsible for any items before they reach us. *We do not accept returns on any bespoke, engraved or personalised pieces (for example, the Single Letter Pendant).
