If in stock, we aim to ship items within 3 days of purchase date. Not in stock items can take up to 4 weeks before being shipped.
If you need it by a specific date please don't hesitate to enquire before purchasing.
(Please note that Next Day Delivery is the type of service offered by Royal Mail, and if the piece is not in stock it will be shipped whenever ready within 4 weeks).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: orders over £250 are free.
We use national courier companies in collaboration with Royal Mail for purchases under £250 and DHL/FEDEX/UPS for orders over £250.
Please note that your purchase may incur customs charges over a certain amount and these charges are on the customer's behalf.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for unworn jewellery purchased online from date of receipt, in its original packaging and free of marks of wear. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as any insurance and tracking during the process. All sales for any promotion and sales are final. Customers can get store credit for the amount, but please note we do not offer returns.
Please send us an e-mail with the title: 'Refund on order #xxx' to email@example.com
and the piece back using a trackable service as we are not responsible for any items before they reach us.
Refunds once approved will be processed within 5 working days. Shippings are non-refundable.
*We do not accept returns on any bespoke, engraved or personalised pieces (for example, the Single Letter Pendant).
All non-personalised items can be exchanged for another piece held by Adriana Chede Jewellery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the details.
